Here, you can find all necessary documents and information for your preparation of cinec 2016. You can choose from a wide range of offers from our partners (Rappenglitz, MOC). All price lists / order forms of our partners are published by us according to their information, we cannot guarantee and are not liable for the accuracy of these lists. All contracts are closed exclusively between the orderer and the supplier as stated on the order forms.
We have compiled all important information for exhibitors to be well prepared for cinec 2016 here.
The printed trade fair catalog for cinec will be compiled in cooperation with Mr. Peter Hartig from cinearte. Your entry in the in the show catalog will exactly be the same as in our online list of exhibitors. Please check if everything is correct and let us know asap if you would like us to change anything.

The costs for delivered goods (unloading, storage, taking out of store, delivery to the stand before the exhibition begins, haulage commission) are graded according to weight.

Here, you can download the application for short time frequency assignment of the german Federal Network Agency. This application is needed in order to use walkie-talkies / wireless equipment during the event with an own frequency. The frequencies are assigned by the Federal Network Agency.
Please note that it is necessary to apply for the frequency assignment at least two weeks before the start of the cinec!
